Returns & Refunds

Alternatives Unlimited Inc. does not accept returns or refunds on the teleScout® Manual. Should you have questions or concerns about your purchase, or need a rescue download, you may email dcharman@alternativesunlimitedinc.com and request a rescue download. We will then verify that you completed a transaction and, if that is determined to be true, email you a copy of the manual.
