Do you have a placement agency you use on a regular basis?: Yes No (if so, you can proceed to hire a temp and we can simply train the applicant you have chosen; which does add a full week to the assignment.) When would you like this person to start?
Step 3: Work Environment
Do you have proper facilities to accommodate another staff member; or will they have to work from home? Yes, have facilities No (as we can set up a â€œremoteâ€ desktop for them so hours worked can be monitored) If you can accommodate an additional staff member; will the area include a window to the outside; a headset; and privacy? (so their talking on the phone will not disturb others in your company.) How is access to your office? What are the public transportation routes nearest you? Is there free parking? Do you have kitchen facilities? Are there ample options for obtaining meals near your office; or should this new staff member pack a lunch?
